General rules

• There is a character limit of four characters per person. Afterwards, you must consult with the administrators before submitting your application. If the administrators feel your character will be a positive contribution to the site, they will allow you to apply. However, if you fail to consult with the administrators, your fifth character will be rejected immediately.

• On a related note, you are not allowed to join a new character if you are currently on the absence listing. If you are too busy to handle the characters you currently have, it's silly to join another. Please wait until you are back to full activity or else your application will be immediately denied.

• Posts in character should be in the third person and practice proper spelling and grammar. Mistakes are forgivable, but botched chatspeak is unacceptable. There is no post length requirement but please try to mirror post your partner's efforts, which means making posts about equal length as the prior post.

• God-moding and power-playing are forbidden sins. You may control the other person's character ONLY IF permission is given. Be polite and simply ask. It is just common courtesy.

• Speaking of common courtesy, please respect your fellow roleplayers and administrators. Being obnoxious and rude for the sake of drama will cause you to be smacked around senseless by the ban hammer. Any issues with other members or their characters should be brought to an administrator who will best deal with the situation at hand. A full on site soap opera will not be tolerated. Please remember that in character and out of character events are completely different things. Just because your character was pummeled to a pulp in character, does not mean the same sentiment is wished out of character to you.

• Swearing is allowed so try and give us your best potty mouth, but trust me, it gets old quick. Mature content such as violence, gore, and sex are allowed. All mature content threads are required to be marked.
